[VWoT] E test/ Borbets

Not sure this went through before, but I'm wondering if anyone has passed E 
test on a 16V with a hollow cat ,and if so , how did you do it, legal or 
whatever. Tips appreciated. I need to get a pass soon, winter's coming. Mine 
was fine at idle, NOX was quite high at 2500, and HC was a bit over. CO was 
fine. If youo "know someone". LMK.

Also, anybody know a local place that sells Borbets? I need a keyt and a 
center cap.
