Uh - lesse.

1 - convert to rear wheel drive.
2 - remove rear shocks, and ionstall steel bars.  :)
3 - put a heavier rear sway bar in.
4 - run a higher rear tire pressure.
5 - reduce rear camber.

3 & 4 combined is probably what you're after.  With just tuire pressure
alone, i've been able (on dry) to make the car act radically different. 
you can, in fact, almost make the back swing out.

It's not going to help in wet, though - there's not much you can do if
your front wheel aren't getting traction - understeer is endemic to those
conditions.
