[VWoT] Tire Opinions
Hey guys and gals,
I am in the urgent market (this weekend) for tires for the wife's car. It's a 2003 Elantra with the OE Michelin's that have lasted 110,000km but now have -10% tread.
I'm looking for suggestions for decent tires that will not rob my bank and get the family around safely.
Requirements:
All Season (not going through the hassle or cost of winters this year)
88 load rated or better (we have a small trailer)
195/60/15
Must be bought in GTA this weekend (no tire rack/cross boarder run, closer to Brampton is better)
Suggestions????
Ones that I have been eyeing are Bridgestone Potenza RE960 and Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S each have been quoted around $135-150
Also what do you peoples think about Nitrogen in tires? Costco includes it the price, other charge about $6/tire for life
thanks
Jeremy
The one thing that unites all human beings, regardless of age, gender, religion, economic status or ethnic
background, is that, deep down inside, we ALL believe that we are above-average drivers.
