yum? the new V6 TDI's are 3L, 233 HP, and chipped they go to 300HP and something crazy like 400 lb-ft of torque. yum is an understatement :)

The Jeep engine is from Merc, not VW

VW has made TDI's bigger than 1.9/2L
In Europe the Passat was available with a 2.5 TDI V6 (single turbo).
I have seen one of these motors in person (a guy in KW imports them) and
they're pretty fuggin cool.
And of course VW makes the V10 TDI in the Toureg

Who makes the 3.0L Diesel they put in the Jeeps?
I assume it's a MB engine, but Chrysler and VW did a thing with the
Vans...
Does VW make a Diesel engine bigger than the 1.9?  (What's the
pump-a-douche?)
