Unless this is a TDI swap, it's not a TDI.
 
The only way you could get a TDI in a MK3 was a Jetta. I think '96/'97 and up.

I might have a complete set for sale.  I'll check with its current owner that abandoned it in my shop 8 months ago....(and haven't heard from since!) It's DE as well in the front.
