I don’t understand the theory behind having massive lights on car. If you
cannot see a car in the city at night time you need new eyes.
I only run on fogs and angels in the city and i rarely go to hids on the
highway... the streets are so bright and when other cars are on the road its
hard to miss a moving piece of metal.
If you are talking about humans wearing all dark jaywalking thats another
story one of these days they will get hit as you can rarely see them hids on
or not.
